Blogtor Who has Preview: Goodbye Bannerman Road. For the final series release of The Sarah Jane Adventures, fans have been treated to a documentary - a first for the DVD range of the Doctor Who spin~off series. Goodbye Bannerman Road: Remembering Elisabeth Sladen is a twenty~minute tribute to the late actress featuring Daniel Anthony (who played Clyde Langer), Anjli Mohindra (Rani Chandra), Gary Russell (Script Editor) and Matt Smith (The Eleventh Doctor). Even as the film starts, the mood is incredibly emotional with newly shot footage of Sarah Jane's house as it stands today accompanied by a moving soundtrack. Daniel and Anjli are interviewed outside their old stomping~ground and it's clear from their stories that Lis meant a great deal to them; and still does. The former refers to the actress as a "lovable headmistress" though, interestingly, goes on to discuss her insecurities.....

Big Finish have uploaded the trailer for 159. Doctor Who: The Emerald Tiger.

Den of Geek has Are Doctor Who’s fans the show's worst enemy? The Doctor's worst enemy has been with him since near the very start. Eventually, they evolved into a terrifying force, one that ultimately helped bring down the Time Lord, driven by unchecked rage and an inability to comprehend simple human emotions....

CultBox has Eve Myles ('Torchwood') interview. Welsh actress Eve Myles returns to the stage next month alongside Zach Braff (Scrubs, Garden State) in his new play, All New People. Last seen in BBC One’s Torchwood: Miracle Day, Myles stars as Emma in the play, which opens at the Duke of York’s Theatre in London on 22nd February. Podcasts and VBlogs...
Beware most podcasts are of an adult nature and are not suitable for children.

Radiosonic Workshop has New Podcast. aralias, vonquixote, and (briefly) x_los discuss what's been going on in the Radiosonic world, including thoughts on acting, Cybermen, and the episode 5 readthrough. This podcast also comes with a free clip of almost none of the final actors from this scene in a scene from episode 5: Terror/Destiny/Children of the Jayhawks by neveralarch.

The Doctor Who Podcast has Episode 119 – coverage of the Big Blue Box Convention, interviews with Louise Jameson, Tom Spilsbury, Simon Guerrier and event organiser Stephen Elsden. James and Ian were lucky enough to spend the day at the Big Blue Box Convention, and were lucky enough to secure some excellent coverage of the event. One of the events at the convention was a screening of Cleaning Up, written by Simon Guerrier, who is heavily involved with the Big Finish range, and directed by Thomas Guerrier.
James caught up with Simon and chatted with him about this new short film. Also in this episode are interviews with Tom Spilsbury, current editor of Doctor Who Magazine and Stephen Elsden, organiser of the Big Blue Box Convention. At the end of a hectic day, James and Ian had the opportunity to chat to none other than Louise Jameson, best known as playing Leela from 70s Doctor Who alongside Tom Baker.  She stars in Cleaning Up, and chatted to James about the film and her time on Doctor Who.

Two-minute Time Lord has 2MTL 253: The Doctor's Timey-wimey Fake Death. Time to get the Doctor off his high horse, right? The Oncoming Storm got a little too gusty? So it's time for him to make everyone in the universe think he's dead. From the dawn of time to the end of the world? Help me. My suspension of disbelief is suspended.

Fast Return Switch has FRS 33: ‘Destiny of The Daleks’ Tom Baker - Part One. This week we cover a story featuring something called ‘The Daleks’. I’d Never heard of them before but actually found them to be one of The Doctors more compelling adversaries. It’s a shame they only ever featured in this one story arc as I feel they had some potential.

Drunken Time Travel has 2.04 The Romans. Join us for beer, crispy feet, Carry On Rome, and more of Dalek Steve. Plus, find out who I insult this episode.

Geeks of Doom has Geek Gear: Doctor Who ‘NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNY’ Shirt. The shirt went on sale at RIPT today, Thursday, January 26, 2012, at midnight CST, and will continue for 24 hours from then, and once it’s over, it will not be sold on the site anymore.

RedBubble.com has Keep Calm and Carry A Sonic Screwdriver by Emma-M-1D.

Review's Roundup...

Classical Gallifrey has Serial 112: State of Decay - The E-Space Trilogy Part II. With the arrival of producer John Nathan-Turner and script editor Christopher Bidmead, Tom Baker's final season saw a definite shift in the show, as is normal when a new producer/script editor regime takes over.  Shying away from the Williams aesthetic of wonder and fantasy, Bidmead and Nathan-Turner strove to ground the show with a more "realistic" sense of hard sci-fi....

Doc Oho Reviews has Tales from the Vault written by Jonathan Morris and directed by Lisa Bowerman. Welcome to The Vault – jokingly known as 'The Museum of Terrors' – a high security establishment where UNIT keeps all of its alien artefacts. New recruit Warrant Officer Charlie Sato is given a guided tour by Captain Ruth Matheson, and the archive reveals some dark secrets. An army jacket, a painting, crystal and a wax cylinder all hold a grave significance, and their stories are told by the Doctor's companions: Steven Taylor, Zoe Heriot, Jo Grant and Romana…
