At 7.40pm on BBC Four you can watch the final two episodes of The Hand of Fear. At the end of episode four, Sarah bids farewell to the Doctor and leaves the TARDIS to resume her life on Earth. Years later she meets up again with the Time Lord and faces armies of aliens in The Sarah Jane Adventures. But her final 'regular' appearance on Doctor Who is a moving moment that fans of Elisabeth Sladen will want to enjoy again.
