Blogtor Who has....
  • REVIEW - "The Space Museum" & "The Chase" DVD box set, first up is the oddity that is The Space Museum.
  • REVIEW - "Logopolis" audiobook, when the author of a Doctor Who novelisation decides to use "chuffing" instead of the more classic, not to mention accurate and pleasing, "wheezing and groaning" to describe the noise of the TARDIS materialising, then you know the writer has his own particular take on the tropes of the show.
  • REVIEW - "Castrovalva" audiobook, after the calamitous events of The Fourth Doctor's finale, The Fifth Doctor's is more thoughtful, with less "action" and a bit barmy too with even more TARDIS room~deleting fun. (Bidmead!!!)
Like its predecessor, this novelisation spend a great amount of time concentrating on the opening scenes. And there's quite a bit going on to what with The Master, a regeneration, Adric going awol and the TARDIS hurtling towards "Event One", the 'big bang' that gave birth to the universe (so they say).
